Requesting services

Print and fill out the Quilting Services Order Form. For faster service, please email us (sewmonkeybusines-at-cox.net) to let us know your quilt is on its way.  Let us know if you have a specific pattern or thread color in mind otherwise we will pick a design and thread color that we feel best fits your quilt.

Shipping your quilt

Place all items in a strong plastic bag before placing in the shipping box. We recommend you ship your quilt by USPS using the flat rate priority boxes. Flat rate boxes are less expensive than Regular Priority Boxes, and we will receive your quilt in 2-5 days. Also, you get a tracking number. These boxes are free at any US Post Office.

Alternative shipping methods are available please email us and we'll work with you.

For your protection against THEFT, please do not label “QUILT” anywhere on the outside of your box. Use our shipping address as listed below:

What happens after you mail your quilt

We will communicate with you once we receive your quilt.

Once we have reviewed your order and have it scheduled, we will send you an estimate. Once you confirm the estimate, we will start working on your quilt.

When completed, we will send you a photo of the finished quilt and the invoice. You will be able to pay the invoice online or by check.

Once payment is completed, we will ship your finished quilt to you.
